Terri is a friend that I am sure we will keep in touch with for years. As an agent, she acts as if she were helping a friend not as though it is a business transaction. Don’t get me wrong, she knows how and when to draw the line between business and friendship, but when possible, she is a friend first.

I reached out to Terri for a property she had listed, although it was already pending, she took the time to really get to know my family and our specific needs before we dove deeper into other available homes. I was able to fly out to see properties with about 40 hours notice and Terri made sure to not only be available but to take the time to show me the area as well. The rest of our process was done from afar, but Terri was quick and effective with communication, fought to get us an amazing deal and even helped with some items after closing! Highly recommend Terri to anyone moving into the area, she was incredibly knowledgeable and honest!

Any questions we had, no matter how big or small, Terri took the time needed to answer any and all of those questions and you will have a lot of questions! This was my first home and Terri made the process so easy and simple to understand answered all questions I had and extremely helpful with the whole process of purchasing my first home.

Above & Beyond is an understatement When we started the process of purchasing a piece of property we never thought anything would really go wrong. Boy were we wrong! Our mortgage company dragged their feet and didn't communicate well. Several extensions were made but Terri stayed strong and worked with the sellers. When we finally had our financials in order the seller needed to extend 2 weeks. In that time frame the spouse was in the hospital. Later the spouse passed away but she worked with the spouse to get the death cert in order for us to close on time. She had to endure more than she had to ever but she is a better realtor for it I'm sure of it! Kept in touch with us every step of the way! HIGHLY recommended
