A++ working relationship and helpful service from this wonderful, person, Terri Dusek. From the beginning, Terri made it clear she was there to make the whole (sometimes) scary process easy for me. She lived up to every word. Terri is an expert in her field. She knows the ropes and she proved it time and time again. She cut through barriers and found ways to solve issues that occurred.
